Okay.... Medicine and Music at http://labjaz.blogspot.com/ is now defunct and is not being updated. However, Music and Medicine http://labjazrevisited.blogspot.com/ is the new site. This change was brought about by an error on my part, which related to the manner that I posted cases and commentary from CCM-L. As stated by Dr Crippen the Grupenmiesterof CCM-L fame....

Joe, don't give it another thought. There is no harm at all and I'm
not upset. One of the members found you and simply didn't want their
name and affiliation bandied about outside the group. It is simply a
matter of consent. Go and sin no more.

Sure, and you can do what you want with CCM-L too as long as no
individual names appear in posts that they may have sent.
